Customers must sign a contract entitled “RidgeviewTel Residential Customer Agreement” in order to use the wireless Internet and services offered by RidgeviewTel, LLC.

BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING ON THE “I ACCEPT” BOX BELOW, YOU WILL BECOME A CUSTOMER OF RIDGEVIEWTEL SERVICES, AND YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT (“T&C”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ENTIRE T&C, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS, THEN EXIT THIS PAGE IMMEDIATELY; THE T&C ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY RIDGEVIEWTEL, AND ACCEPTANCE BY YOU IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.
